Shipping policy

All domestic orders are shipped through USPS.
International orders are shipped through DHL Express, UPS or USPS (United States Postal Services), based on the customer's choice.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the customer's shipping address and weight of the product(s). Orders will be processed within 5 business days. 

We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by recipient. We are not responsible for any fees concerning customs, duties, or taxes with any purchase. Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of USPS/DHL/UPS and all following action will need to be taken with USPS/DHL/UPS. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again.
